Central Heating & Cooling was established in 1948. Purchased in 1983 by Carl Baardsen, we have been family owned and operated for the past 32 years. Our company has grown from being a one truck, three employee company to serving the Phoenix Arizona Valley with a fleet of 15 service trucks and 45 employees.
